Présentation du service

L’équipe mobile d’infectiologie est une équipe universitaire d’activité transversale et ambulatoire en Maladies Infectieuses et Thérapeutique anti-infectieuse.

Elle s’inscrit dans la politique nationale et locale de bonne gestion du risque infectieux (épidémie, antibio-résistance, bon usage des antibiotiques, prévention, insertion d’un référent en infectiologie dans chaque structure hospitalière). L’EMI est chargée de plusieurs missions au sein du site hospitalier Cochin-Port-Royal-Broca et en ville dans le territoire de recours :

 

  • Conseil en infectiologie sur le plan diagnostique, thérapeutique et préventif
  • Gestion du risque infectieux en collaboration avec les autres acteurs du site (vaccination, prise en charge d’épidémies)
  • Offre de soins ambulatoire: consultation d’infectiologie générale et spécialisée urgente et programmée, prévention du risque infectieux (consultation voyage, patients immunodéprimés, femmes enceintes)
  • Stratégie de bon usage des antibiotiques en collaboration avec le CRATB.

Ces activités se déploient sur notre site hospitalier et en ville, dans notre territoire de recours.

-Prévention du risque infectieux: campagnes de vaccination saisonnières, liens avec l’ équipe opérationnelle d’hygiène
